We take a pro-active approach in dealing with cases, we issue Court proceedings as soon as we aware that the third party will not settle a claim. This is reflected in the thousands of cases that we have taken to Court and have been successful. We will not accept third party insurers who employ delaying tactics, insurance companies are well aware of our reputation.
